Our Meets can only take place if members are willing to act as Stewards so please consider helping the Midland Group by volunteering.
To find out what it involves contact our Sites Officer or any committee member.
Remember there will always be someone on site to help you if need it, and currently our Stewards are not charged any camping fees.

Saturday 20th January at Shatterford, 2pm to 10pm £5pp. Stewards are Julia and Colin with a New Year Theme. Shared supper. Vans can stay overnight with their own facilities
Saturday 17th February at Shatterford, 2pm to 10pm £5pp. Stewards are Val and Gay with a Valentine theme. Shared supper. Vans can stay overnight with their own facilities
Then weekend meets;
Bring your own supper in to the hall on Friday night and a shared supper on Saturday night.
March 8th - 10th Astley V H with our AGM. Chairman of the Folk Group, Alison Ramsay Beattie is attending as our Council Representative and intends to spend the weekend with us. Stewards Jenny and Chris.
March 29th – April 3rd Easter Meet at Evesham. Coordinator Gay and Deputy Coordinator John Curry
April 3rd - 7th FOM at Brailes – Stewards are Gill and Kevin
May 17th 19th Fillongley – Stewards June and Jeff. Annual Boules Tournament
June 14th 16th Rowington - Stewards Bill and Beth
July 19th - 21st Clows Top - Stewards Ann and Tim
September 13th -15th– Grimley Peace Hall- Stewards Noreen and Bob
October – 11th - 13th - Nether Whitacre -_invite to NC. Stewards Gay and Committee
November 8th - 10th – Astley - Stewards _Mark and Daphne Theme Christmas
